RFID Solution for access security
The technology embedded in Axkef
integrates our more than ten years know how in the industrial safety
branch and permits us to market products with a proved hardware
and software architecture.
Axkef is principaly an access control unit, designed to manage the entrance authorizations in the plants
and factories, but can also be used as a RFid command (such as sorting
on a conveyor). Many options are possible for this RFid based system,
which can be customized with different readers, badges or chips.

The aim of the processing module is made of 3 main actions: read the datas, write a log and process a logical command. Its
non volatile internal memory allows to retrieve up to each of the 500 lasts actions (date/time of event, the
ID of badge exposed and action of the lock) of the
module. It all can be donwloaded on a remote computer, thanks to the
optionnal RS 232 or 422 plug (depending the lenght needed until the computer).
The main purposes of the access control are:
- control the entrance of people,
- identify the movements of people,
- modify the access authorizations, without reseting the global installation.
Typical applications are wide and apply to the industry sector mainly:
facilities access management, secure rooms/storage units, implement a
sorting on a production or sorting chain, etc...
Axkef
works as a stand alone unit as it does not require any connection to a
central database. Each processing unit is independant and the
badges are created especially for it.
The datas embedded in a RFid chip are remotely readen, by a reader
connected trough a securized line with the Axkef. Depending the
authorization level, a logical command is given to an external device,
thanks to 250VAC, such as a lock or a sorting conveyor.
The programmation of the badge is made by our production service following your order. Adding a badge can be simply done.
You
can however also get the programmation tool to create yourself the
badges, in the case where you would have big volumes to generate.
AXKEF can be customized with many options:

4 kinds of emitters are available:
- proximity card (credit card size), supplied blank or
printed or writed on request (ref cb01),
- proximity card (credit card size), with a clip hole for lace (cb02),
- industrial size,
water proof ip67, double mounting brackets (cm01),
- or RFID chip to be integrated (ox7).
The badge does not need power supply or
battery. It contains a serial number, the facility ID, the device ID
for which it has been produced, and its own ID. The badges use a RFID technology
compatible with the mettalic dust environments.
Their datas can be
remotely readen until 20mm distance. |

| Opening/closing mode |
There are 4 operation modes available to the order:
- mode 1: opening/closing with the same badge,
- mode 2: opening and locking after a preset time (0,4s, 1s, 2s, 3s,
4s...) / closing with the same badge,
- mode 3: opening only with personal badge, closing with personal and manager badge
(whatever the priority),
- mode 4: opening/closing with
personal and manager badge.
